Van Cise: Did you feel a struggle between being the typical model and being a plus size model?
Hartshorne: I think being a plus-size model can feel frustrating because it's a limited market, but I'm new to the industry so I don't know that much about it yet. I'm hoping the distinction between "typical model" and "plus-size model" will become less important as I continue to model. They're meaningless titles and have nothing to do with talent or beauty.
Van Cise: Did you ever feel that Heather got any special treatment in the house and with the judges?
Hartshorne: She certainly didn't get special treatment in the house and if the judges favored her, it was so slight as not to really matter. She is a very beautiful and talented model and she went far because of it, and that's the bottom line.
