Make Rejection Your Motivation

TITLE: MAKE REJECTION YOUR MOTIVATION

Perhaps you’re beginning to hear the same old thing, “Thank you for trying, but it’s not going to work.” Or, “You’re not what we are looking for.” Whatever the reason may be, you name it, we’ve all heard it. Rejection is a part of life. Some of us can accept rejection and use it to our advantage. Rejection can be a wonderful motivation. It is the belief of many successful Hollywood elites that in order to be a true success, one must endure countless rejection. Research your favorite actor, politician, humanitarian or inspirational figure and you’ll find that rejection was always there. If you’re eager to make a name for yourself, don’t let your pride or ego get in the way of your dreams. Also, don’t idolize or compare yourself to others in the industry. The moment you begin to compare your life to theirs, you’ve set yourself up for disappointment. Everyone has our own path to make and follow, so it shouldn’t matter what anyone else is doing. Save your time and energy working on yourself and career.
